1. Definitions
"We," "us," and "NOLA" refers to Fashion by NOLA. "Customer" refers to any person who orders through our webshop.

2. Applicability
These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed in our webshop.

3. Order & Payment
An order is final once payment is completed. Payments are processed through secure payment providers.

4. Shipping
Delivery time: 6–10 business days. Any delays do not entitle you to compensation.

5. Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days. Products must be unused and include tags.

6. Warranty
We offer replacement for defects not caused by usage damage.

7. Liability
