At Fashion by NOLA, we strive for satisfied customers. Not happy with your order? You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your items.
Conditions:
• The item must be unused.
• Original tags and packaging must be included.
• No perfume, makeup, or signs of wear.
How to return an item?

You will receive the return address and instructions from us.

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the product within 3 working days.

Refunds are usually processed within 5 working days on the same payment method.
Exceptions:
• Sale items cannot be returned.
