1. What is the delivery time?
Our average delivery time is 5–12 business days.
This is because we work with reliable international suppliers.
You will always receive a track & trace code as soon as your order has been shipped.

2. What are the shipping costs?
Shipping within the Netherlands & Belgium is free for orders above €75.
For orders under €75 you pay shipping costs.

3. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive an email with your tracking link.
You can also enter this on our Track Your Order page.

4. I ordered multiple products, but I only received one?
That's right. Because we use multiple warehouses, some items are delivered separately.

5. Can I return my order?
Yes! You have a 14-day return policy.
Products must be unused and in original condition.

6. I received the wrong item, what now?

7. What if my package is delayed?
Due to busy delivery services, it may sometimes take longer.
